Oral hygiene is oftentimes neglected. Poor oral hygiene can cause oral and gum related problems. The most common is receding gums. Receding gums usually associated with aging but it does not mean that every individual has it. Receding gums is a common problem among people of aged over 40 but younger people may also experience it.

It can be prevented with a proper and daily oral hygiene. Receding gums is very obvious when the teeth appears longer than usual.
